Your patient collects a sample

Their sample is collected at home, and they post it to Incite Health Labs.

Your patient makes an appointment

They provide us with your email address, we send the test results directly to you, and then you share and discuss their results in this appointment.

You receive the report

The full clinical report is emailed in 3–5 business days.

Your patient attends the appointment

Your important role is to receive the test report and review it with your patient, so you can discuss results and whether your patient needs a new prescription based on their genetics.

Important: Please watch for the email with your patient’s report 48 hours before their appointment. If you haven't received it, please check with your reception team. We’re always happy to resend it.

This at-home DNA sample collection kit helps those with challenges to their mental wellness get to an effective prescription by analysing the genetics of both liver metabolism and the blood-brain barrier, then providing accurate recommendations for medication and dose.
Clinical trials have shown CNSDose to be effective in selecting the right medication and dose in most patients. The test helps doctors make prescription selections, particularly for people who have had medication failures or experienced significant side effects.
The patient collects their own sample with the CNSDose kit at home, and posts it to our lab. We send the results report to their nominated doctor, and the doctor discusses the results, symptoms, and other relevant details with the patient. Then, the patient may visit you, their pharmacist, for a new prescription.
